7.3.4. CAN, digital I/O and second Ethernet interface (optional)
CAN, Digital In/Out and LAN Ethernet is available as an optional expansion interface package. At the
lower right in the illustration is the position of these interfaces on the DLT-V83 connector panel:

CAN interface
The CAN interface is galvanically separated from the overall system.
A 120 Ω terminating resistor is mounted on the pcb.
A matching driver is integrated in the operating system. An API description is available upon request.
