Procedure
Turn the hydraulic valve to the open "ON"
position.

1.4.20 Impact Monitor of the Control Unit
When the machine operates with the E-Link Pro parts of the machine and wrapper are monitored to
prevent damage between the parts.
The parts monitored are the:
• Wrapping ring
• Bale transfer unit
• Wrapping table
• Film Knife.
If one of these assembly groups is not in its permitted position the subsequent related step stops.
CAUTION: Risk of injury
When you operate the machine manually with the keyboard, impact monitoring is "OFF".
Use the keyboard only for maintenance work and fault clearance (for example when a bale is trapped).
Operate the machine carefully to prevent damage.
Do not wrap a bale manually with the keyboard.
Full operation of the machine with the controller is permitted.
CAUTION: Damage to the machine
It is dangerous to manually operated the machine, as the tailgate can hit parts of the
wrapper.
To prevent damage, do not open the tailgate unless:
• The wrapping ring is in its bottom position
• The wrapping table is tilted to the machine
• The bale transfer unit is in the load position
• The film knife is folded in.
