4.3 Clean the Machine
Before starting the procedure
NOTE: During the first three months after the supply of your machine, do not use a high pressure steam
cleaner (the paint continues to get harder during that time).
NOTE: Do not use a steam pressure higher than 100 bar (1450 psi) and water with a temperature higher
than 50 ºC (122 ºF).
NOTE: To prevent damage to the paint, keep the nozzle of the steam cleaner at an angle and a minimum of
20 cm (8 in) from the surface.
NOTE: To prevent damage do not let water contact occur directly on the hydraulic system, electrical
system or bearings.
Procedure
1. Make sure that the machine is set to "OFF", refer to the shut down procedure for maintenance.
a) Make sure that you disengage the Power Take-O (PTO) shaft, stop the tractor engine and remove
the key
b) Disconnect the electrical power supply cables for the lighting and the control panel.
2. Clean the machine with a high pressure (steam) cleaner. Refer to the notes shown before.
