To close the manifold
To close the manifold
When required As needed after manifold maintenance.
Tools required None
Parts required None
1 Position the manifold cover on the vacuum manifold.
2 Reinstall the top cover of the instrument.
3 Reinstall the Aux module on to the top of the vacuum manifold.
4 Reconnect the connections to the Aux module.
5 Reinstall the left side covers. Reinstall the front cover of the instrument.
6 Pump down the instrument.
If you worked on any components in the manifold, check to be sure the electrical
connections are correct before closing the manifold.
