To reinstall the desolvation assembly
To reinstall the desolvation assembly
When required As necessary.
Tools required Wrench, ½-inch x 9/16-inch, open-end (p/n 8710-0877)
Parts required None
1 Put the desolvation assembly on the support rods and slide it back until it
seals against the vacuum manifold.
2 Install the two retaining screws.
3 Reconnect the drain hose to the desolvation assembly.
4 Reconnect the drying gas heater cable to the desolvation assembly.
5 Reconnect the nebulizing gas tubing to the desolvation assembly.
6 Reinstall the Aux module on top of the vacuum manifold.
7 Reconnect the connections to the Aux module.
