Edit Dye List Menu
The “Edit Dye List...” opons menu allows the user to edit the dye list to add custom dyes used in staining a
sample, useful when performing uorescent microscopy, and with use with the color tools/funcons.
“Name” refers to the name of the dye preset.
“Extracon / Emission Wavelength” refer to the barrier limits of the dye being used, and will adjust where in
the spectrum of light the color should be if input.
“Color” refers to the color produced between the wavelength sengs.
“New...” allows a user to create their own custom dye.
“Delete” removes a dye from the dye list.
“Save” allows the saving of a custom dye.
“Reset” moves the slider and wavelength sengs back to the saved sengs for that dye.
“Reload All” returns all dyes to their last saved sengs.
“Close” exits the menu when complete.
