size.

Error Message: Insuf-
cient Bandwidth
The USB port used with the camera is not
USB2.0/3.0 (depending on camera model) and/
or powered
If using a high resoluon seng with a USB3.0
camera in a USB2.0 port, low frame rates may be
experienced, however, if the port speed is too
slow, the high resoluon may not be supported
due to insucient bandwidth. Please use a USB3.0
port with a USB3.0 camera, or lower the resolu-
on. A USB2.0 device will behave the same if in a
USB1.0 port, or in any unpowered port.
The USB port on the computer or camera, or the
USB cable, is defecve/malfunconing
Try using a dierent USB port on your computer,
and if sll providing an error, try a dierent USB
cable with both already tested ports. If sll mal-
funconing, try a dierent computer if available. If
sll malfunconing, the likely culprit is the camera
itself.

The USB port used with the camera is not
USB2.0/3.0 (depending on camera model) and/
or powered
Use a compable USB port that is the same type
as your camera. Even though USB3.0 ports are
backwards compable, they tend to have issues
resulng in errors. USB3.0 devices can be used in
USB2.0 devices only with a loss of speed, however,
it is sll best to use the correct version. Also be
sure that the ports are powered. Plug it directly
into the computer in the rear USB.
The USB cable for the device and/or either port
(computer case side or camera side) are malfunc-
oning
Change the USB cable and see if that resolves
the issue. If so, the cable was the issue. If not,
try another USB2.0/USB3.0 powered port. If sll
encountering the issue, try a dierent computer.
