Error Message: Please
calibrate in maximized
size.
Calibraon cannot be performed at a lower live
resoluon than the max resoluon possible with
the camera
Please set the live resoluon to the maximum set-
ng the camera soware allows before perform-
ing the calibraon procedure.
Error Message: Insuf-
cient Bandwidth
The USB port used with the camera is not
USB2.0/3.0 (depending on camera model) and/
or powered
If using a high resoluon seng with a USB3.0
camera in a USB2.0 port, low frame rates may be
experienced, however, if the port speed is too
slow, the high resoluon may not be supported
due to insucient bandwidth. Please use a USB3.0
port with a USB3.0 camera, or lower the resolu-
on. A USB2.0 device will behave the same if in a
USB1.0 port, or in any unpowered port.
The USB port on the computer or camera, or the
USB cable, is defecve/malfunconing
Try using a dierent USB port on your computer,
and if sll providing an error, try a dierent USB
cable with both already tested ports. If sll mal-
funconing, try a dierent computer if available. If
sll malfunconing, the likely culprit is the camera
itself.
Error Message: Device
has been pulled/
polled out
The USB port used with the camera is not
USB2.0/3.0 (depending on camera model) and/
or powered
Use a compable USB port that is the same type
as your camera. Even though USB3.0 ports are
backwards compable, they tend to have issues
resulng in errors. USB3.0 devices can be used in
USB2.0 devices only with a loss of speed, however,
it is sll best to use the correct version. Also be
sure that the ports are powered. Plug it directly
into the computer in the rear USB.
The USB cable for the device and/or either port
(computer case side or camera side) are malfunc-
oning
Change the USB cable and see if that resolves
the issue. If so, the cable was the issue. If not,
try another USB2.0/USB3.0 powered port. If sll
encountering the issue, try a dierent computer.
