4.9 Iris Button / Motor Control
Briefly pressing and releasing the Iris Dial (R) opens the Motor Control menu. While being in this
menu, the focus, zoom and iris can be adjusted, if lens motors are attached and calibrated.
Turn the Zoom Control Dial (I), Focus Dial (J) and Iris Dial (R) to adjust the respective item.
Note! The adjustment of zoom and focus motors is only operative while being in this menu.
Select the respective item by turning the Select dial (Q), then press the Select dial (Q) once. The
arrow indicates the active item. By turning the Select dial (Q) you change the settings. Confirm your
settings by pressing the Select dial (Q) once.
Iris
Activate - Switches the iris motor control on. Values are on/off.
Reverse - Allows to change the rotation direction of the applied iris motor. Values are on/off.
Speed - This parameter defines the speed of the iris motor. Values are 0.1-3.0
Ref.-Calibrate Iris - Use to calibrate the iris motor to the actual lens
Focus
Activate - Switches the focus motor control on. Values are on/off.
Reverse - Allows to change the rotation direction of the applied focus motor. Values are on/off.
Speed - This parameter defines the speed of the focus motor. Values are 0.1-3.0
Ref.-Calibrate Focus - Use to calibrate the focus motor to the actual lens
Zoom
Activate - Switches the zoom motor control on. Values are on/off.
