4.22 Engineer Menu
Accessing this service menu enables you to set advanced and experimental camera
parameters. Be aware that making changes in the menu may void the warranty of your
camera and may severely damage you equipment.
WARNING! You can damage your camera by changing these settings!
To enter the Engineer Menu press and hold the X-10 Steps / Free Button (K) and additionally
press and release the Cam Select Button (F). It allows access to these parameters:

TFLT Live: OFF
TFLT Replay: OFF
D/C Check: OFF
Fixed Pattern: ON

Select the respective item by turning the Select dial (Q), then press the Select dial (Q) once. The
arrow indicates the active item. By turning the Select dial (Q) you change the settings. Confirm your
settings by pressing the Select dial (Q) once.
4.22.1 Motor Adjust
If lens motors are attached, all motor parameters are set in this menu. It is possible to remote
control up to three motors per camera via the Operational Control Panel (OCP) .
The arrow indicates the active item. By turning the Select dial (Q) you change the settings, then
press the Select dial (Q) once.
Motors Loc - Chooses the control location for the attached motors.

Encoder - choose this setting for fixed focal lenses without integrated motors
Freerun - choose this setting for motors without encoder (e.g. Fishface)
DC - choose this setting for zoom lenses with integrated motors
