Answering system settings
Message recording time
You can set the recording time allowed for incoming messages. The message
length is 3 minutes by default.
To change the setting:
Using the telephone base:
1. When the telephone base is in idle mode, press MENU
to enter the main menu.
2. Press SELECT to select Answering system.
3. Press CID, DIR, /RECORD, or /DELETE to
highlight Mailbox 1 or Mailbox 2, and then
press SELECT .
4. Press CID, DIR, /RECORD, or /DELETE to
highlight Ans system setup, and then press SELECT .
5. Press CID, DIR, /RECORD, or /DELETE to highlight Recording time,
and then press SELECT .
6. Press CID, DIR, /RECORD, or /DELETE to choose 3 minutes,
2 minutes, or 1 minute, and then press SELECT to save the setting.
You hear a conrmation tone.
