Answer an incoming call during an intercom call
When you receive an incoming call on line 1 or line 2 during an intercom call,
the two devices on the intercom call hear an alert tone. The screens display
, , or , and Incoming call, and then the caller ID. The telephone
base rings and all other handsets ring.
To answer a call on line 1 or line 2 during an intercom call:
Using a cordless handset:
X Press LINE 1/FLASH or LINE 2/FLASH to answer the call on line 1 or line 2. The
intercom call ends automatically.
X Press OFF/CANCEL to end the intercom call without answering the incoming
call. The telephone continues to ring.
Using the telephone base:
X Press 1 LINE or 2 LINE to answer the call on line 1 or line 2. The intercom call
ends automatically.
X Press BACK , and then END to end the intercom call without answering the
incoming call. The telephone continues to ring.
When you receive an incoming cell call during an intercom call, the two devices on
the intercom call hear an alert tone, and their screens display A , B , or A B,
and then the caller ID. The telephone base rings and all other handsets ring.
To answer a cell call during an intercom call:
Using a cordless handset:
X Press A CELL or B CELL to answer the cell call and the intercom call
ends automatically.
X Press OFF/CANCEL to end the intercom call without answering the incoming
call. The telephone continues to ring.
Using the telephone base:
X Press CELL A or CELL B to answer the cell call. The intercom call
ends automatically.
X Press REJECT , and then END to end the intercom call without answering
the incoming call. The telephone stops ringing.
NOTE: D uring an intercom on the paired cordless headset or speakerphone, press ON/OFF or
on the cordless headset, or press PHONE on the TL80133 cordless speakerphone to end
the intercom session. The ringer of the incoming call rings. Press the same key to answer the
incoming call.
