Delete all old messages
You can only delete old (reviewed) messages. You cannot delete new messages
until you review them. You cannot retrieve deleted messages.
To delete all old messages on the telephone base:
1. When the telephone is idle, press /DELETE.
2. Press CID, DIR, /RECORD, or /DELETE to highlight
Mailbox 1 or Mailbox 2, and then press SELECT . The
screen shows Delete all old messages?.
3. Press YES to conrm. The screen displays Deleting...
followed by All old msgs deleted!. You hear a
conrmation tone.

1. Press MENU when in idle mode to enter the main menu.
2. Press CID, DIR, /RECORD, or /DELETE to highlight
Answering system, and then press SELECT .
3. Press CID, DIR, /RECORD, or /DELETE to highlight Mailbox 1 or
Mailbox 2, and then press SELECT .
4. Press CID, DIR, /RECORD, or /DELETE to highlight Delete all old, and
then press SELECT . The screen shows Delete all old messages?.
5. Press YES to conrm. The screen displays Deleting... followed by All old
msgs deleted!. You hear a conrmation tone.
