Bluetooth setup
8. The screen displays Adding Headset A when the base
is connecting to your headset.
9. When a device is successfully connected, the telephone
base displays Headset A is added and connected to
base and the corresponding status icon ( B ) displays.
You hear a conrmation tone. CELL B/HEADSET light
on the telephone base turns on.
If you have trouble pairing your cell phone or headset, it may not be
compatible with your TL

. Check the Bluetooth compatibility list at
www.telephones.att.com/bluetooth.
NOTES:
X The pairing process may take up to one minute.
X If the pairing process fails, turn o the Bluetooth feature on your headset and on the
TL87203 by pressing Cell A or CELL B . Repeat the steps of To pair and connect a
headset to pair your headset and the telephone base. In some cases, it may take you a few
attempts to complete the pairing process.
X When a connected headset is charging, it may disconnect from the telephone base and the
CELL B/HEADSET light on the telephone base turns o. For some headset models, you may
need to turn on the headset and reconnect it to the telephone base again.
X Refer to the user’s manual on how to set your headset to discoverable mode.
