(III)If the HB indicated lamp is out of work
1.Bulb and bulb socket
.Check if bulb and bulb socket circuit B are
correct.
2.Reverse switch
Refer to “Inspection of switch”
3.Voltage
.Connect pocket multimeter (DC 20V)to the
taillight terminal
Multimeter (+)
¡úbrown terminal¢Ù
Multimeter (+)¡úgreen/blue terminal¢Ú
.Adjust main switch to “ON”position.
.Check voltage (12V)
No failure on this circuit
Meet specification
Pass
Pass
No electrification
Replace bulb and bulb socket
No electrification
Replace handlebar switch(left)
Out of specification
If there is failure on the circuit from main
switch to the bulb socket coupler, repair it.
