Ethernet
The AVR8414 is configured with a static IP address of 192.168.81.7 with subnet mask
255.255.0.0 and gateway 192.168.0.1 from the factory. The ethernet network configuration can
be configured in the Configuration > Ethernet menu. The Multicast TTL (Time-To-Live) for ETH
recording (TS streaming to UDP) and TS File streaming can be configured here as well.
Recorder Features
Managing Recording via Front Panel
The process for starting and managing recordings from the front panel is discussed in the
'Basic Functions' section above.
Managing Recording via OSD
The Recording menu gives the user the ability to set up video sources on Channel 1 and 2. The
menu also gives the user the ability to Mute recordings, take JPEG Snapshots and Mark
Events.
