4. Wait for the system to create the log package file and display the link for downloading this
file.
5. Select the link to download the log package file onto the computer.
6. Send the file to your customer support representative.

Problem
Calls are not connecting.
Outgoing SIP or H.323 video call
Cannot dial out or connect to an outgoing SIP or H.323 video call.
Solution
• Verify you dialed the correct number or address.
• Recheck the Network Configuration, Network Preferences and H.323/SIP Proxy settings,
described in
Configuring Advanced Network Settings on page 116.
Incoming SIP or H.323 video call
Cannot receive a SIP or H.323 video call.
Solution
• Verify the number/address used to connect to you is correct.
