10. Select Create.
11. Wait for the system to create the log package file and display the link for downloading this
file.
12. Select the link to download the log package file onto the computer.
13. Send the file to your customer support representative.

Viewing System Information for Customer Support
About this task
When contacting customer support or your system administrator, you may need to provide
information about the system. This procedure describes how to view the following system
information:
Software version
Host ID (MAC address)
IP addresses
Serial number
System name and model
Licenses
Network, gatekeeper, and SIP settings
Important:
The system serial number also appears on the label at the back of the XT Codec Unit.
