Content sharing on H323 calls
The XT Series receives the video content mixed together with the live video stream.
To receive it as a dual screen content, the XT Series should be publicly accessible or you should:
• Set 1:1 NAT configuration on the NAT firewall network equipment. This is only for the local
device’s ephemeral UDP ports.
• Enable the NAT Traversal option on the XT Series.
Alternatively, you can activate an Application Layer Gateway (ALG) for H323 support on the NAT
firewall network equipment. This will not work successfully if you do not update the ALG software.
