Alternatively, you can activate an Application Layer Gateway (ALG) for H323 support on the NAT
firewall network equipment. This will not work successfully if you do not update the ALG software.
Received content sharing
The XT Series is not able to decode the remote presentation stream sent by the WebEx app
(mobile or PC) if the display of the shared content is in portrait mode.
