RS-485 Communication Features
Saving Parameters Defined by Communication
If you turn off the inverter after setting the common area parameters or keypad parameters via
communication, the changes are lost and the values revert to the previous setting.
Set address 0h03E0 to 0 and then set it again to 1 via communication saves the existing parameter
settings. However, setting address 0h03E0 to 1 and then setting it to 0 does not carry out the
same function.

Parameter Group for Data Transmission
By defining a parameter group for data transmission, the communication addresses registered in
the communication function group (CM) can be used in communication. Parameter group for data
transmission may be defined to transmit multiple parameters at once, into the communication
frame.
