The standard for braking torque is 150% at a working rate of 5%
(%ED or duty cycle). If the ED% is increased to 10%, the rated
capacity (W) of the brake resistor must be doubled.

Relay outputs OU.31 or OU.33 can be set to (31): DBWarn%ED
which toggles the relay when duty cycle is exceeded.
