Frequency Limit
The inverter output frequency can be limited by setting frequency limit parameters. These include
start frequency, maximum frequency, upper and lower frequency limits.

Frequency Limit Using Maximum Frequency and Start Frequency - Setting Details
Set the lower limit value for speed unit parameters that are expressed in
Hz or rpm. If an input frequency is lower than the start frequency, the
parameter value will be 0.00.
Set upper and lower frequency limits. All frequency selections are
restricted to frequencies from within the upper and lower limits. This
restriction also applies when you in input a frequency reference using the
keypad.

Frequency Limit Using Upper and Lower Limit Frequencies - Setting Details
When set to 1 (Yes), frequency limits can be applied to the output
of the inverter. Frequencies can be set above the minimum and
below the maximum frequency to operate within the specified
range.

Set the lower and upper limits of the inverter output frequencies.
The base frequency (dr.18) still remains as the output frequency at
motor rated voltage.
