3. Slide protective ring 1 685 510 176 (Fig. 25, item5)
all way up to protective cover (Fig. 25, item6).
4. Slide high-pressure pump (Fig. 25, item 1) onto
clamping bracket and attach to drive coupling
(Fig. 25, item3).
5. Fasten high-pressure pump using two clamping
screws (Fig. 25, item 2) to clamping bracket.

6. Slide protective ring (Fig. 26, item1) over drive cou-
pling and clamp tight.

4.2 Hydraulic connection of high-pres-
sure pump

Use is to be made of the high-pressure hose from
the tester set CRS 845 / CRS 845H for connecting
the high-pressure pump to the high-pressure rail.
! Note tightening torque.
1. Connect inlet hose line (Fig. 27, Fig. 28, item1) and
return hose line (Fig. 28, Fig. 28, item2).
2. Connect high-pressure hose (Fig. 26, Fig. 27, item3)
to high-pressure pump and high-pressure rail.
Tightening torque: 25-30 Nm
