1. Place the frame (Fig. 30, item 1) with retaining plate
(Fig. 30, item3) and two hexagon bolts (Fig. 30,
item 4) on the clamping bracket (Fig. 30, item 2).
2. Tighten the hexagon bolts (Fig. 30, item 4).

4.4 Hydraulic connection of clamping
device

For connection to a 180 MPa high-pressure rail,
use must be made of the high-pressure hose
1 680 712 227 with the adapter 1 681 032 094 in-
stead of the high-pressure hose 1 680 712 325.
! Note tightening torque.
¶ Connect the distributor rail (Fig. 31, item 3) by way
of the high-pressure hose 1 680 712 325 (Fig. 31,
item 1) to the high-pressure rail (Fig. 31, item 2).
Tightening torque: 25 – 30 Nm
