5.8 FC-Type Immersible Transducer Installation
FC-type immersible transducers mount on the inside sidewall of a custom ultrasonic tank. An FC-
type immersible transducer requires a flexible, water-proof cable (FC) for connections because the
cable contacts the water in the tank.
