5. Install the new cradle. See Replace Detector Cradle and Calibration
Insert.
6. Connect the power cord to the AC outlet.
The module firmware is not updated when a new firmware update file is
transferred from USB flash drive.
The file name is incorrect.
The firmware update file name is not the same as the downloaded file name.
Rename the file name to match the name of the downloaded firmware update
file, or download a new firmware update file. See Update Firmware.
The file is not in the System folder on the USB flash drive.
Create a folder called System on the USB flash drive. Move the firmware update
file to the System folder.
The firmware on the module is the same version as the firmware update.
Verify that the firmware file on the USB flash drive is the most recent firmware
version. See Update Firmware.
The module firmware is not updated on modules that are connected in a
gang.
Modules in the gang are busy.
Remove detectors from all modules in the gang. The firmware update is not
installed when modules in the gang are busy (for example, when a detector is in
a module).
