Data Entry Message This occurs if: Service Light
Checksum Error.
The data entered cannot
be verified. Please press
‘Cancel’ to re-enter the
data.
The selected format for the data
field includes a checksum and
the checksum does not match
the calculation made in the
software. Upon canceling the
pop-up message, re-enter the
data or press ‘Cancel’ to quit the
treatment.

Symbology Error.
The barcode symbology
scanned is not allowed
for this field. Please press
‘Cancel’ to re-enter the
data.
The barcode scanner sends a
symbology code that is not
allowed for the field being read.
Upon canceling the pop-up
message, re-enter the data or
press ‘Cancel’ to quit the
treatment.

The current user has
been auto-logged out
due to inactivity. Touch
‘OK’ to continue.
The user was idle (no button
presses or barcode scans) for five
minutes.

Make sure the start date
is not later than the end
date and both dates are
within the full date
range.
The entered start date is earlier
than the entered end date or
either date is not within the full
date range.
