Takeoff Power is the maximum power rating and is
limited to a maximum of 5 minutes under normal
operation. Use of this power should be limited to normal
takeoff operations. This power corresponds to that shown
in the Engine Torque For Takeoff figure of Section 5.
Torque is a measurement of rotational force exerted by
the engine on the propeller.
Windmill is propeller rotation from airstream inputs.
