Elevator trimming is accomplished through two elevator trim tabs by
utilizing the vertically mounted trim control wheel on the top lefl side of
the control pedestal. Forward rotation of the control wheel will trim
nose-down; conversely, afl rotation will trim nose-up. The airplane is
also equipped with an electric elevator trim system. Details of this
system are presented in Section
9,
supplements, in discussion of the
King Flight Control System.
Rudder trimming is accomplished through the nose wheel steering
bungee connected to the rudder control system and a trim control
wheel mounted on the control pedestal by rotating the horizontally
mounted trim control wheel either lefl or right to the desired trim
position. Rotating the trim wheel to the right will trim nose-right:
conversely; rotating it to the lefl will trim nose-lefl.
