9.1 Error message
9.1.1 Error message and troubleshooting
In the event of a malfunction or an operator error, the machine displays the error code of the problem that caused
the machine cycle to be stopped, followed by a message.

Press OK to display a description of the error.
9.1.2 Error code table
CODE MESSAGE DESCRIPTION SOLUTION
1 cover opened The cover has been opened
Front cover opened. Close the cover
before beginning production or place
the machine in TECHNICAL MODE.
If the error persists, please contact
support.
2 emergency button pressed Emergency button pressed
Rotate the button to release the lock,
then press the “START” button on the
screen to shut down the alarm.
3 axis locked Security lock not removed
Switch o󰀨 the device and remove the
security lock (Red pin)
4 security sensor active Loader area busy Clear the loading area.
5 change tag Change the plate Manually change the plate
6 tag not present Plate not present
Rell hopper with plates. If plates
are present, check the sensor
functionality and/or adjust loader
group.
7 loader almost empty Plates are running out Rell hopper with plates.
8 unloader full The unloader is full Remove plates from unloader.
9 tag misfeed Tag not caught by the clamp
Check clamp sensor or clamp motor
movement. Check hopper, loader
and clamp adjustement. Sensor
readings can be a󰀨ected by direct
sun light.
