Using a standard telephone
Feature access codes list
You may access the wide range of Commander Connect features with a standard telephone. To
use a feature, dial the appropriate code from the list below. (In the table, R means the Recall
Key).
If your telephone is equipped with memory keys you may program feature codes onto the keys -
refer to your telephone user guide for instructions.
Night Service (from Station 20 only)
Station Lock - lock/unlock
Call Pick-up (incoming calls only)
Call Pick-up Group (all calls)
Pick up parked call (position 1-5)
Recorded messages – retrieving
Do Not Disturb – set/cancel (Not available to
Station 20, Operator position)
Return and release in Two Call handling
Return and hold in Two Call handling
Speed Dial – accessing personal numbers
Speed Dial – accessing system numbers
Speed Dial – programming personal numbers
Group Divert on No Answer
Retrieve a call placed on hold
Line Access – Groups 2–11
Station Lock – change code
Log in to all hunt groups
Log out of all hunt groups
Log in / Log out of Hunt group
Voice call (to page an individual Keystation)
Replay the Auto – attendant greeting
Note: To activate a Voicemail box you invoke a divert facility to Station 710.
Note: If you are using an analogue/SLT phone on a Commander Connect, you can choose a
specific outgoing line by dialling ‘#5xx’ where ‘xx’ is the line number you wish to use. i.e. #501
is Line 1 , #502 is Line 2 etc.
