Hold options
When an external call is placed on hold, you can choose between supplying music, a tone, or
silence to the caller. The music source can be internal, in which case it is integrated into the
system and cannot be changed, or external, in which case an external source must be
connected to your system. The external source can be connected to the system via a mini jack
on the Options Module. If an Options Module is not fitted, the music source can be connected to
a station position via a Music On-Hold Interface. The system automatically detects if an Options
Module is fitted and uses it as the music source.
