Multiple levels of Auto-attendant
A second level of Auto-attendant is available on the Connect.
When a call is answered by Auto-Attendant, the caller can be prompted to dial a single digit, this
digit will route the call to a personalised AA greeting determined by digit dialled. From here the
caller can dial another single digit which can be routed to a station, group or phantom mailbox.
The features to enable the 2
nd
level are called ‘Auto-attendant Mapping’ & ‘Multiple level AA’
(See programming for details)
Note: The caller can dial through to an station, group or phantom mailbox at any level provided
they know the number to dial.
