Programming and dialling speed dial numbers
If you have a standard telephone, you can program up to thirty Personal Speed Dial numbers.
To program a Personal Speed Dial number
• Lift the Handset, or press the Hands-free Key , if available
• Dial the code 75
• Enter the location (01 - 30) where you want to store the number
• Dial the number you want to store
• Go on-hook.
Note; By dialling the code 75, the scroll up and down key can be used to view all the locations
in location sequence.
To dial a Personal Speed Dial number
• Lift the Handset, or press the Hands-free Key , if available
• Dial the code 74
• Dial the location (01 - 30) of the number you wish to access. The number is
automatically dialled.
Note; By dialling the code 74, the scroll up and down key can be used to view all the locations
in location sequence.
To dial a System Speed Dial number
• Dial the location code (8001 – 8500) of the number you wish to access. The number
is automatically dialled.
Note; By dialling the code 8, the scroll up and down key can be used to view all the locations
in location sequence.
