To have an Auto-attendant answer calls and allow Station access
• From the Programming Station, press the PROGRAM Key
• Press the Scroll Down Key () until ‘System programming’ is displayed
• Select ‘System programming’
• Enter the System Programming Password
• Select ‘Lines’
• Select ‘Incoming ringing’
• Select the Line or Access that is to be programmed
• Select Day, Night, or Day and Night
• Select Auto attendant.
Press the Hands-free Key to finish programming.
To customise the Auto-attendant message
• From the Programming Station, press the PROGRAM Key
• Press the Scroll Down Key () until ‘System programming’ is displayed
• Select ‘System programming’
• Enter the System Programming Password
• Select ‘System’
• Select ‘Change greetings’
• Select ‘Auto attendant day’, ‘Auto attendant night’, or 'Directory Message'
• Select ‘Record greeting’
• When prompted, speak to record the new greeting
• Press ‘Confirm’ when the recording has been completed.
Press the Hands-free Key to finish programming.
Dialling # when Listening to the Auto Attendant Greeting
If one of the Directory services is programmed on, then the relevant directory message is
played.
If a Directory service is not programmed the call is presented to the destination set in the
‘Incoming Ringing’ programming for the line.
Replaying the main Auto Attendant Greeting
To replay the main greeting once answered by the Auto attendant the user can dial the code 704
at anytime throughout the greeting.
