Commander Connect Owners Manual

Mapping of Voice Prompt.

A new menu option called “Auto-attendant Mapping” is added to Line Programming.

Under “Lines”

• Scroll down to “Auto-Attendant Mapping “

• From the Programming Station, press the PROGRAM Key

• Press the Scroll Down Key () until ‘System programming’ is displayed

• Select ‘System programming’

• Enter the System Programming Password

• Select ‘Lines’

• Press the Scroll Down Key () until ‘Auto-Attendant Mapping is displayed

• Select ‘Auto-Attendant Mapping’

• Select the digit you wish to route the call from

Note: The digit selected corresponds to the Voice prompts recorded in ‘Multiple Level AA’ under

‘Change Greetings’ in System programming.

• Select where you want to route the call (Station/Group/Phantom mailbox)

Press the Hands-free Key to finish programming.
