2.7.1. buffers_flooded (ID: 00500001)

Explanation
The unit was temporarily out of buffers for a period of time. This
could be a result of a period of heavy network traffic load.

Recommended Action
If this is a reoccurring event, try increasing the number of
HighBuffers.
