CHECKING COOLANT LEVEL
1. Check to see that the coolant level
is between the "FULL" and "LOW "
marks of reservoir tank.
2. When the coolant level drops due
to evaporation, add water only up
to the "FULL" level mark. In case
of leakage, add anti-freeze and
water in the specied mixing ratio
up to the middle of the range. (Re-
fer to the instructions for cleaning
the cooling system and changing
coolant in Chapter Maintenance
for every two years.)
3. The tractor is furnished in the fac-
tory with a mixture of anti-freeze
(ethylene glycol) and water in a ra-
tio of 50:50 which is usable in any
season.
IMPORTANT
• When using oil of different
maker or viscosity from the
previous one, remove all of the
old oil. Never mix two di󰀨erent
types of oil.
• Do not start the engine when the
oil level is below lower limit.
• Wipe the oil dipstick with clean
cloth or tissue. If foreign ma-
terial enters the oil sump, it
can lead to malfunction of the
engine.
• Never add the oil over the upper
limit.
