Ignition System
C.D.I Unit
C.D.I Ignition Circuit Inspection
• Inspect the ignition system in proper sequence
based on the troubleshooting table.
Remove the side cover.
Disconnect the CDI unit coupler, and measure
the voltage between the terminals of the CDI
unit coupler at the Harness side coupler.
Inspection by CDI Tester
Measure the resistance using the DAELIM
PVA multi-tester
- PVA multi-tester
• Well read the instruction manual of tester and
handle it.
Replace the CDI unit if necessary.
