Fuel Line
 Check the fuel lines for deterioration, damage,
or leakage. Replace the fuel lines.
Throttle Grip Operation
 Check the throttle grip for smooth operation.
 Complete opening and automatic closing in
all steering positions.
 Lubricate the throttle cables if throttle
operation is not smooth (2-7)
 Make sure if there is no deterioration,
damage, or kinking in the throttle cables.
 Measure the throttle grip free play at the
throttle grip flange.
Free Play : 2~6mm(0.078~0.236in)
 Adjust the free play by loosening the lock nut
and turning the adjuster. Tighten the lock nut.
 Recheck the throttle free play.
