Cylinder Head / Valve
Cylinder Head Installation
 Clean the cylinder head surface of any gasket
materials.
 Install the cam chain guide into the cylinder.
 Install the dowel pins and a new gasket.
 Install the cylinder head.
 Install the cam shaft.
 Install the engine into the frame( 5)
Camshaft Installation
 Install the rocker arm ring and rocker arm on
the camshaft holder.
 Coat the rocker arm shaft with engine oil and
installl it into the camshaft holder.
 Rotate the rocker arm shaft with a driver, align
the dowel pin hole and bolt hole of the cam
shaft holder and rocker arm shaft.
