SC5100 CONTROLLER
Redundancy Enable/Disable
Select the Enable check-box to enable redundancy options.
Redundancy Topology Role
Select Master Working, or Master Protecting from the drop-down list.
•Master Alone
•Master Working: SC5100 is configured as Master Working within the Redundancy system.

Master Protecting: SC5100 is configured as Master Protecting within the Redundancy
system.
Redundancy Role Type
Select Active, or Standby from the drop-down list.
WebSentinal Operating Mode
Select Redundant from the drop-down list.
Redundant: this mode is available only when working in a redundant system;
WebSentinel reports information about the resource status of both the active controller
and the stand-by controller.
Power Input Enable/Disable
Select the check-box to enable power input.
Power Input Type
Select Trigger (Input 1), Aux (Input 3), or I/O 4 (Input 4) from the drop down list.
Active Output Enable/Disable
Select the check-box to enable active output.
Active Output
Select Output 1, 2, 3, or 4 from the drop down list.
Switchover Parameters
Consecutive Package Lost Enable
Select the check-box to enable.
If checked, it enables a Consecutive Package Lost Threshold to cause the exchange of the
Redundancy Role between the Active SC5100 and the Stand-by SC5100 of the system.
Consecutive Package Lost Threshold
Enter the number of consecutive packages recognized by the Stand-by SC5100 but not by the
Active SC5100, (the active controller is losing packages), after which the Redundancy Role is
exchanged.
Percentage Package Lost Enable
Select the check-box to enable.
If checked, it enables a Percentage Package Lost Threshold to cause the exchange of the
Redundancy Role between the Active SC5100 and the Stand-by SC5100 of the system.
Percentage Package Lost Threshold
Enter the percentage (number out of 100 packages counted) recognized by the Stand-by
SC5100 but not by the Active SC5100, (the active controller is losing a percentage of packages),
after which the Redundancy Role is exchanged.
Switchover Input Enable/Disable
Click the check-box to enable a Switchover Input.
Switchover Input Number
Click the drop-down to select the input number from which the Switchover signal will come.
