Each deteriorated part must be replaced as soon as
possible.
ATTENTION
For the complete efficiency of the filter it
is recommended to operate with the filter
complete with all its parts and
components.
Each deteriorated part must be replaced as soon
as possible.
It is absolutely forbidden to operate without the
engine air filter.
The engine sucks air constantly during its use; dust
particles entering in circulation may cause serious
damage.
For proper cleaning of the filter it is necessary to:
• Prepare the vehicle in the maintenance position.
• Open and lock the hood.

• Open the filter cover (fig. 151061-3) pulling the
locking levers “1” located on the four corners.

• Lift the cover “2” (fig. 151061-4)

• Remove the cartridge “3” inside the filter (fig.
151061-5).
• Use a wet lint-free cloth to clean the box and the
cover.
• Clean or replace the filters. The filter cleaning is
carried out with compressed air, up to 3 bar (43.5
psi), at a distance of not less than 150 mm (5.9 in),
taking care not to damage the filtering element.
• Reassemble everything carrying out the same
operations in reverse.
For a correct cleaning of the suction duct it is
necessary to:
• Prepare the vehicle in the maintenance position.
• Open and lock the hood.
• Loosen the screw that secures the inlet
honeycomb.
