Use only original spare parts when they are required.
The use of non-original spare parts may cause damage to other parts of the vehicle. Customers are advised to
purchase all original spare parts required only from an authorised Agent or Dealer.

11.1 - Spare parts supply
DIECI s.r.l.
guarantees the supply of original spare parts or alternatives for 10 years from the date of the last model
produced of the series concerned.
11.2 - Assistance to owner / operator
In order to obtain a good service from your Dealer, please obtain these fundamental data before contacting the
service centre:
1. Specify your name, address and telephone number.
2. Indicate the model and serial number of the vehicle chassis.
3. Indicate the date of purchase and the hours of operation.
4. Explain the nature of the fault.
Note that only DIECI Dealers can access the resources at DIECI site for customer service. Moreover, they are able to
offer a variety of programs with regard to warranty, maintenance at a fixed price, safety checks, including tests
