Risk of explosion, fire
If an oxygen leak is suspected within or near the
inhalation anesthesia machine, do not initiate
operation.
Disconnect all oxygen supplies and contact a
trained service technician.
CAUTION!
Risk of inadvertent movement
If not properly secured, the device may move
inadvertently during operation.
Apply the brakes on the device to ensure it cannot
be moved accidentally.
WARNING!
Risk of electric shock
Connect the electrical power cable to a hospital-
grade live AC receptacle that accepts and
properly grounds the power cable. Do not use
“cheater plugs”. The term “cheater plug”
implies any and all electrical plugs or other
devices that can inhibit or prohibit the proper
grounding of the anesthesia machine.
