Error Description Possible cause Troubleshooting
E-001 Pedal not in the
center position
When pressed, the pedal is set
to sewing readiness status.
Make sure the pedal is not
pressed when the sewing
readiness status is active.
E-002 Pause Reset button pressed while
sewing.
Machine stopped.
• Press the Reset button.
• Trigger the thread trimmer.
• Start the sewing process
anew.
E-003 Machine head
error
Machine head is tilted back. • Tilt the machine head back
into place.
