E-004 Low voltage
error
The voltage of the current is too
low.
• The number of detected
UZKIN analog values is too
low.
• Confirm the voltage of the
power supply and of the
associated circuit.
E-005 Overvoltage
error
The voltage of the power
exceeds the specified value.
• The detected signal from
AC_OVDT is too high.
• Confirm the voltage of the
power supply and of the
associated circuit.
E-007 Main shaft drive
deviating
The error lies in the driver of the
main shaft drive.
• Switch off the machine and
switch it back on after waiting
for a while.
E-008 24V power
supply error
24V overcurrent • Switch off the power supply
unit and switch it back on after
waiting for a while.
E-009 24V power
supply error
24V voltage is too low. • Switch off the power supply
unit and switch it back on after
waiting for a while.
E-010 Air valve (fan)
problem
After being started, the system
detects an abnormal signal
about the voltage of the air
valve or of the blower.
• Switch off the machine to
check if a short circuit has
occurred.
E-012 Presser foot
position error
The sewing foot is not at the
correct position.
• Switch off the machine and
check the connection of the
CZ025 at the head PCB.
• If the connection is OK, check
the optocoupler.
E-013 Encoder
interruption of
the connection
The system is unable to detect
the ADTC signal.
• Switch off the machine and
check if plug X5 is connected
properly.
E-014 Motor not
running normally
When the main shaft motor
is running, the area of the
electrical angle is not at 0°
as normal.
• Switch off the machine to
check the motor encoder.
