E-015 Beyond the
sewing area
The sewing area exceeds its
limits.
• Press the RESET switch to
confirm the pattern and its
X/Y scale rate.
• Triggering condition: Error
during the pattern calculation.
E-016 Error upper
needle position
Needle bar is not in the upper
position.
• Check the connections.
• Rotate the needle bar to the
top dead center.
E-018 Cutting device
position error
The cutter is not at the correct
position.
• Switch off the power and
check the sensor for the knife
position.
E-019 Emergency stop
switch not at
regular position
Prior to the start of the machine,
the emergency stop switch
must be pressed down.
• Solve the problem manually.
E-020 Stepper motor
card software
version error
The software version for the
stepper motor card is wrong.
• Replace the stepper motor
card or update the software
for the stepper motor card.
E-022 Machine stop
after aging
The machine stops after
entering into aging mode.
• Switch the machine off.
E-025 Search error
X-axis
X-axis sensor not responding. • Main switch OFF.
• Check the sensor.
