E-038 Machine lock
error
The main shaft of the sewing
machine is unable to turn due to
a problem.
• After the user sent the
command for turning the main
shaft, the main motor of the
main shaft fails to respond.
• Check the PWM curve of the
main shaft motor, the encoder
signal and whether a
mechanical problem has
occurred.
E-039 Main shaft
speed too high
The system detects that the
actual speed of the main shaft
exceeds the maximum speed.
• Switch off the machine and
switch it back on after waiting
for a while.
E-040 Abnormal
current during
stop
An overcurrent occurs while the
main shaft is in the process of
stopping.
• Switch off the power and
switch the machine back on
after waiting for a while.
• Remove the main shaft motor
to check if the motor is
damaged.
• If the problem remains,
replace the main PCB.
E-043 Motor thread
trimmer error
during search
for origin
The thread trimmer origin
sensor does not change.
• Switch off the power and
check if CZ026 and X9 are
properly connected at the
head PCB and at the control
unit, respectively.
E-056 Stepper motor
error loop
DSP1(X25/X27)
communication
The check of the signal
received from the stepper motor
card has failed.
• Check the connection of the
SPI communication cable.
E-057 Stepper motor

st
path (X27)
overcurrent
The hardware has detected an
overcurrent.
• Start by checking the motor
first.
• Next, check the resistance
and the sensor reading.
• If the motor is OK, check the
hardware on the stepper
motor card.
