M-309 Seam pattern
beyond the
sewing area
The system discovers during
the calculation that the seam
pattern is outside of the sewing
area.
• Press the RESET button and
confirm that the size of the
seam pattern is within the
area set in the parameters
K056, K057, K058, and K059.
M-310 Stitch length
outside of the
normal range
During the calculation, the stitch
length is outside of the normal
range.
• Press the RESET button and
confirm the seam pattern and
the X/Y scale rate.
M-311 Seam
pattern data
communication
abnormal
This error occurs when the
control panel transmits seam
pattern data to the control.
• Check the seam pattern and
the cable connection between
the control panel and the
control.
M-312 Normal seam
pattern lock
abnormal
The control panel is unable to
read the normal seam pattern
lock data from the EEPROM.
• Press the RESET button to
call up the system menu and
restore the default setting.
M-313 Current seam
pattern
parameters
abnormal
The control panel is unable to
read the seam pattern
parameter data from the
EEPROM.
• Press the RESET button to
call up the system menu and
restore the default setting.
M-314 Parameter
setting above
normal range
The value set for the parameter
exceeds the normal range.
• Press the RESET button and
change the set value.
M-315 Counter
abnormal
The control panel is unable to
read the counter data from the
EEPROM.
• Press the RESET button to
call up the system menu and
restore the default setting.
M-316 Counter
exhausted
The counter has reached the
upper limit after sewing.
• Press the RESET button.
